The Role of the Marketing Code Compliance Officer

Training Objectives – On completion of this workshop delegates will:

  1. Have an overview of the global development of marketing Codes and their application in SADC countries
  2. Be better able to obtain buy in from the company’s sales and marketing team by proactively helping them apply the Code in both the spirit and the letter of the Code and the Law.
  3. Be aware of the role and Key activities of the Code Compliance Officer as they apply to companies subscribing to both the MCA and SAMED Codes
